A ‘birthday party’ for a one-year old in East Hartford, Connecticut went bad at 12:45am Sunday morning when witnesses reported that a brawl broke out with the downstairs neigbors who were a bit displeased with all of the noise, or perhaps with the lack of an invitation. Knives came out and six were wounded. Fortunately, no kids were injured in the melee. No word on whether the neighbors are invited to the poor tyke’s second birthday party.
